Expression of interest for the appointment of Sovrintendente
(Chief Executive) of the Fondazione Teatro Regio di Torino
The Fondazione Teatro Regio di Torino announces it intends to evaluate any candidates for the position of Sovrintendente (Chief Executive), to be proposed for the appointment to the competent Government Authority. To this end, candidates with specific and proven management experience can send an expression of their interest pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 367/1996 and art. 9 of the Fondazione Statute.
It is specified that:
- if the Steering Committee of the Fondazione does not identify the suitable subject among the expressions of interest received, it can propose a different subject possessing the required requisites for the appointment;
- the Steering Committee reserves the right, if it deems it necessary, to make use of an external selection company to be used for the analysis of the curricular profiles received;
- the remuneration of the Sovrintendente will be established by the Steering Committee with a separate deed.

For admission to the procedure, candidates must:
- send their expression of interest in which they certify, under their own responsibility, the possession of the requisites required in this notice (attaching their curriculum vitae), declaring their willingness to hold the position of Sovrintendente and authorizing the processing of their personal data;
- send their manifestation of interest to the Fondazione Teatro Regio di Torino by 12 noon on March 4, 2022 with the caption “Expression of interest in the Fondazione Teatro Regio Torino” by certified e-mail to the following address: sovrintendente@pec.teatroregio.torino.it
We also inform you that:
- the employment relationship will be governed by the contract signed between the parties and, unless otherwise provided, by the national collective agreement of the managers of companies producing goods and services;
- the Fondazione is subject to the application of art. 5, paragraph 9, of the law of July 6, 2012, n. 9, converted with the August 7, 2012, law n. 135 (the so-called Madia Law);
- the Fondazione also reserves the right to exclude from this procedure candidates who have had or have ongoing litigations;
- this procedure respects the principle of equal opportunity.
It is specified that:
- the expressions of interest, the c.v. received and, in any case, the personal data transmitted will not be made public and the related information will be treated in compliance with the GDPR (privacy) legislation, guaranteeing the utmost confidentiality on the applications received.
