We wish to inform our audience that, due to the general strike called by the USB trade union for the entire day of Friday 30 October, we are currently unable to guarantee that the performance of Cavalleria rusticana/Pagliacci, scheduled for 8 pm, will take place as planned.
Whether the performance can go ahead will depend on the level of participation in the strike, and confirmation may only be possible a few minutes before the scheduled start time.
We therefore encourage audience members to check our website, the Teatro Regio's social media channels and their email inboxes for updates.
If the performance is cancelled, all ticket holders and subscribers, regardless of how they purchased their tickets, will be entitled to a full refund (excluding any booking fees).
Refund requests must be submitted by 10 November:
- At the Box Office, by presenting the ticket (or subscription ticket), either in paper form or on a smartphone, and providing an IBAN for the refund to be credited to a bank account;
- By email, by sending an email to the dedicated Box Office address, attaching a copy of the ticket (or subscription ticket) and providing an IBAN for the refund to be credited to a bank account;
- Through Vivaticket, exclusively for tickets purchased online, by following the instructions that will be sent directly by Vivaticket.
