On Thursday May 7 we propose the episode that "Prima della Prima” dedicated to the Evgenij Onegin produced in 2013 in collaboration with London’s Covent Garden and Opera Australia. A fascinating tale of the show staged by Kasper Holten and conducted by Gianandrea Noseda, with extracts and interviews with the protagonists. At the center of this intimate and poignant drama, inspired by Alexander Pushkin’s novel in verse, the unrequited love of the timid dreamer Tatyana for the shady and bored dandy Onegin, performed respectively by Svetla Vassileva and Vasilij Ladjuk. Next to them Maksim Aksënov in the role of Lensky and Nino Surguladze in those of Olga.
