Fifteen days, thirteen playssix choreographies for two programs, the first three national premières and four ‘must be seen’ masterpieces by the icon of the ballet Maurice Béjart.
The Béjart Ballet Lausanne, nowadays directed by his own heir Gil Roman, is celebrating its twenty-five years with a world tour which will touch the stages of the Teatro Regio from 30th November to 14th December.
From 30th November to 5th December, the first program will present L'Oiseau de feuSyncope, Offrande à Stravinsky and Le Sacre du printemps while from 7th to 14th December the Béjart Ballet Lausanne presents Light and Boléro.
The symphonic music of these shows will be performed live by the Orchestra of the Teatro Regio conducted by Nicolas Brochot.
The Béjart Ballet Lausanne will be presented to the public by Elisa Guzzo Vaccarino at the Incontro con il Balletto which will be held at the Piccolo Regio Puccini on Wednesday 28th November at 17:30.
